We are a family owned business with a small group of dedicated and passionate employees. We have been operating since August 2004 and pride ourselves on being innovative, fair and equitable.
Sam Hogg (Managing Director)
After serving as an Officer in the Australian Army Sam returned to Tasmania and established Porky & Co, together with his father John. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, together with marketing and sourcing of new developments.
Sam has a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) and was the winner of the 2010 Property Council of Australia Future Leader Award. Sam is a currently a board member of the Property Council of Australia (Tasmanian Division).
John Hogg (Director)
After retiring in 1990 as a managing director of a large Tasmanian business John focused his efforts in developing residential and commercial property throughout Tasmania. Upon establishing Porky & Co, together with his son Sam, John has assisted with the direction and guidance of the business.
Karla Hogg (Director)
Karla has spent her career in the banking & finance sectors. After running her own successful business in Melbourne, she moved to Tasmania and took up the position of Product Manager at Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited. Since having twin boys, Karla now works on a part time basis for Porky & Co, assisting with marketing and finance. Karla has a Masters of Applied Finance and Investment and a Bachelor of Business (Banking &Finance).
